Have you tried Affirmations yet? If not, give it a try-you have nothing to lose. For many people, the stress level has increased with back to work, school, children's activities, etc. It is easy to get into a negative spin. Counteract this and re-wire your brain with affirmations. The quote above is an example of an affirmation. However, affirmations can be created for career, health, relationships, love and more! Some people read their affirmations in the morning. Some throughout the day. In the affirmations, you are saying what you want to see in your life. So you are focussing on what you want vs. what you don't want. It is very simple yet very powerful. #positivity #affirmations
