How to start meditating.

I was exposed to meditation as a child and I realize as an adult how much it helps me stay grounded and connected to myself as well as gives inner peace. The picture above provides some quick tips on how to get started. There are many different ways to meditate so figure out what jives with you. I try to meditate before each client I see as a way to clear my mind and as preparation to be fully present for my client.
