Your mind is so powerful. The state of your mind will determine if you have inner peace or not or whether you are happy or not. Who is in control of your mind? You are, of course. So fill your mind with good stuff, look on the bright side of things, meditate more (I so need to get back on that train!), get out in nature. Yes crap can happen in life, but try to see what you can learn from the situation and how you can grow. We can't control what happens to us in life, but we can control our mind.
